Selecting entities in a graph
The Selection tab allows you to view the selected graph data in a table (grid) format, so that you can easily display, search, filter, sort, group, and change node or link data.
In the data table, every row represents a node in the graph and every column represents field-related information.
Using the Selection tab controls
The dropdown menu allows you to focus your selection by document type.
The Filter input field allows you to set a global filter on the selected data in the table.
Each row has a checkbox, which allows you to select individual rows in the table to display in the graph. The graph updates dynamically as you filter data in the table.
To clear any non-selected nodes from the graph, click Make main selection.
Visible columns
By default, the table will display the Selected fields within the Data tab of the Data model. This can be changed by adding / removing Selected fields in the Data model.
A field can be added as a column through the use of the Column context menu.
Column context menu
Each column contains a context menu that is available when right-clicking a column. It contains the following controls:
-
Sort (ASC / DESC)
-
Clear sorting
-
Group column
-
Ungroup column
-
Remove column

Table formatters
The values in the table are formatted by standard formatters. The table is sorted by the raw values.
The date field can be formatted globally from the advanced settings.
Grouping columns
The data within the table can be grouped by unique values for a selected column. This can be accessed by the context menu for that column.
When grouping is selected for a column, the table will group all unique values contained in the data records. It is possible to create sub-grouping by grouping another column.
