What’s new in Siren Platform 15.0
For a full list of improvements, fixes, and security enhancements, see the release notes.
Enhanced Coordinate Map on the Graph Browser
You can now configure the Graph Browser to point to an instance of the Enhanced Coordinate Map. When configured, it renders all pre-configured layers in map view mode. This gives you greater control and flexibility to explore and understand your geospatial data on the graph. See Configuring map view.

Records-as-relations for EIDs
You can now have Records-as-relations to EIDs as incoming or outgoing relations. When adding a document from an entity type that is the middle entity of a record-as-relation, it’s added as an edge if all the relations contained in the record-as-relation are hidden relations.
Records-as-relations offers clarity, scalability, and analytical power. They enable complex relationships to be represented with rich metadata, can simplify graph structures, and support advanced analysis. This approach is particularly valuable in situations requiring high volume peer-to-peer relations like phone calls, messaging, bank transactions, and social media sharing. For more information, see Records-as-relations.
Grouping edges
You can now group graph edges into either a single-edge or per-direction view, giving you cleaner, more organized graphs. By reducing visual clutter, this feature makes it easier to spot patterns, trace connections, and analyze relationships between nodes at a glance. See Grouping edges in the graph.
Uploading data for users with limited privileges
There is now an upload center that allows users with limited access privileges to upload data.
Uploads are stored in data projects that are isolated from each other and from other users. When you switch to a different data project, the previous data project’s uploaded data is replaced with the new one’s.
Data projects encapsulate data much like dataspaces, except they don’t have a dedicated data model. Since data projects don’t own a data model, users can create data projects and upload data at will. See Upload center.
